501(c)(3) Progress
Just US Athletics plans to build a separate nonprofit foundation in the future to support scholarships, community programs, equipment assistance, and youth development opportunities. Until nonprofit status is officially approved, all fundraising language will clearly identify the current business structure and intended future nonprofit direction.
